Published Works
I am a contributor to three anthologies with a fourth coming soon.
My first solo book, working title The Vulpine, is in progress.
Saturday Night, Chasing a Letter, and If You Can Breathe are all
set in worlds you can explore on the Worlds page.
Released
In the Midst of a River: Tales from the Lemurverse
Edited by Clayton Barnett. Ten short stories of speculative fiction
covering interstellar war, devious politics, espionage, crime, and
romance. I have two stories in this one.
Saturday Night: The first story I ever published in Oturn. A runaway
girl, the local fixer, and a cyborg riot.
Chasing a Letter: Set in Slonminma. A man tries to find his friend
who keeps leaving him letters as she heads off to plan an adventure
he is going to be recruited into.
Amelia: Counterrevolution
Edited by Clayton Barnett. The second Tales from the Lemurverse
anthology, celebrating irony, farce, and the embrace of Western
civilization and culture.
The Rose's Thorns: Vincent goes home and finds it changed for the
worse. His world is changed forever as he tries to figure out what
to do about it.
Marathonarium II
Edited by Stephen Zimmer. Born from a three-hour marathon writing
session at the Imaginarium Convention in 2024. No restrictions on
genre, no common theme; just writers telling the stories they wanted
to tell.
Space Junk: A salvage team goes to a station to retrieve something.
It turns out the something is more alive and awake than they were
led to believe.
Coming Soon
Marathonarium III
The third Imaginarium Convention marathon anthology, edited by Stephen Zimmer. Coming soon.
If You Can Breathe: Set in Slonminma. The city is slowly suffocating; Halg has a theory with terrible consequences.
The Vulpine
My first solo work. Set in Varenoth, an early late-preindustrial world with Lit RPG elements. Rovan wants to dismantle a system of indentured servitude that has trapped generations of people, including Varessi, the woman he ends up buying against his own principles. The first in a series of three novellas.
